If the asset you are looking for is not present in the list below, enter its blockchain address into the box below and we will attempt to fetch it and analyze its characteristics using AI, what else.
The word "tokenized" hides more than it reveals. Here we work to move away from "tokenized" as a single qualifier to a more fine-grained understanding of the degree of tokenization, from less to more.
We are moving towards having all the world's assets that use a ledger use blockchain as the main ledger. The blockchain advantages are many, the main one being easier tradeability. Token is only a token if it can be freely traded. But the blockchain can be the main ledger only if it can be modified via a legal process. Consider owning a tokenized home: if A sells it to B, but then a court returns it to A, we need mechanisms to reflect that on-chain. Ownership needs to update to A even if B refuses to go online. If that is not possible blockchain will not be recognized as the ledger for the asset class.
That is the challenge and the ultimate goa lof tokenization: how to have both free transfers and the government and society recognizing them as legitimate?
An asset that has not reached a higher level is considered Level 0. Each level requires all previous levels.
Additional properties that describe the quality and robustness of the tokenization.
Admittedly, our definitions are arbitrary and our classification is opinionated. But we are also biased. We have built (what we believe to be the only) tool that (so we believe) allows you to tokenize RWAs all the way to the coveted "Level 4". Check it out: https://attestify.network
